Passionate about mountains, we decided to cross most of the mountain ranges of southern Europe. Four months in the Alps in summer was already an adventure. The Dinaric Alps and the Great Balkan in winter, it was almost a madness!

The opening of long-distance trails such as the Via Alpina, the Rota Vicentina or the Via Dinarica make adventure and discovery even more accessible. In Portugal, in the Alps, in ex-Yugoslavia or in Bulgaria, we have used these routes to guide us through the heart of the countries they cross.
